A beautiful estate in a very picturesque location. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Staff were awesome, highly recommend! We’ll be back.

The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunatley when we arrived the restaurant was closed and had to look elsewhere. There was plenty of parking and the location for us was ideal. Breakfast was basic and good.

Beautiful place, exceptional host, Thierry, lovely area with fewer tourists than southern Alsace. Villa Magnolia was within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Wider area had amazing things to see, including The Maginot Line, Fleckenstein and lovely timber framed villages. Highly recommend!

It is a stunning thorp (old English for village).

It is a stunning thorp (old English for village). It also has a rich history, I was told it was built by Huguenots invited from Switzerland. I also like the fact that the locals speak Alsace German, which is a nice accent and for Dutch tourists, that is a plus. In Holland we have to learn English and German, so the Alsace region is perfect. It is also a sort of outback region, meaning, not so over crowded considering all the beauty it has to offer. This also means ticky-tacky modern housing does not overwhelm many of the little hamlets and thorps. Most new houses are culturally inspired there, even these are photogenetic. The Locals are friendly, they have German care with French flair, great blend. Love it all.
