The view from our room (#29) of the plaza an the Rock of Castallane was exceptional. Location great-Gateway to Gorges of the Verdon. and surrounding area, We arrived on a Monday and there was a market in the plaza. (wine, jewelry) Staff very friendly and accomodating. Cold breakfast with cereal, yogurt, fruit was good. Our room was good size, with good lighting and nice shower.

Perfect location to walk into Castellane. Marco, at reception was very helpful recommending sights to see in the area. Reasonable price for very nice accommodation with simple, but quality continental breakfast.

The Hôtel du Roc is ideally located in the heart of Castellane, on Place de l'Église, just a short walk from the Gorges du Verdon.

Perfect location, lovely hotel, clean, friendly staff, parking was easy. I loved the ambience of it all!
