The hotel located in a quite place not far from the main road. There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the slopes, which you have to book in advance (a day or two before) to have a space. While it's convenient to take the shuttle, their timings are not great: they only operate from 8.30 to 10.30 am, during the busiest time, and also in the evening to pick up. We took the shuttle once and it took us 5 min to get to the ski lifts and almost an hour to get to the slopes! The other days we took our car after 10am, there is always a parking space available, even though not very close to the ski lifts, but we could immediately take the ski lift to the slopes. We had a two-bedroom apartment. It was spacious, clean and nice, with two bathrooms (one is en-suite). There is a locker on the ground floor to keep ski and boots, which is very convenient). The hotel has a spa (jacuzzi, hammam and sauna) and a swimming pool. That was absolutely amazing. There is a small bar at the reception, and they organise musical events from time to time.

Great staff, food, value for money

Very nice but I needed another day before my initial booking as I had to spend another €300 to book the room as my card was on frozen due to fraud and three days was not long enough for payment and didn't get a notification on time.

I like how things are close ! It’s near the ski slopes and the ski rent equipment And the buses are free to take me to the center ! Only a 6 mins ride ! And the staff are so welcoming and helpful and soooo polite and friendly! All of them literally! And they helped me to book for a lesson and they were so patient with my request. I think this place is soooo good for the people who wants to ski just ski and take a nap in ur hotel ! Perfect

We loved the location, the beautiful views, the historic chalet’s decor and coziness, the very friendly and attentive staff, including the concierge, the shuttle service to the ski gondola and Megeve town, and the personalized service of the ski shop where we were able to leave our equipment and boots instead of carrying it to the slopes every day. The pool and spa was amazing during a heavy snow day! It was my daughter’s 30th birthday celebration and all the staff knew it and prepared many surprises for her to make her day extra special! ❤️🍾🥂Thank you! 🤗

Outstanding staff, great atmosphere/ decoration. The staff is very service oriented, getting out of their way for us to have a good time. Plus it is well located... A nice healthy walk from Megeve village. My spouse and I had a great time.

This hotel is so lovely! The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are small but have everything you need. There is ski storage downstairs and you can walk to the lifts. The hotel is right in the center of town and there is free underground parking nearby (but you can also come by train and take the gondola into town). The staff are friendly and flexible and kind. And the breakfast is perfect. I definitely recommend this hotel!
