Nice location Comfortable and clean Good service

Location is a 15 minute walk to the bars, but the town is very small so it's not an exhausting walk. There is a charlift just up the street, so very accessible to the ski lift! Rooms were spacious, loved that I could sit upright in bed. Good showers, breakfast was decent (wish there were some hot food items for the price....just eat your weight in croissants). Great service from the front desk staff!

Every single member of staff I met - reception, servers, bar staff - were enthusiastic, friendly and helpful! I loved that I could bring my dog with me, I loved the flaming tables in the outside bar.

Extremely well kept, clean and pleasant decor. Convenient ski storage / boot warmers and bench for changing. Convenient free parking directly in front of the hotel. Easy purchase of ski pass from a machine at the hotel. Good quality and variety for breakfast. Tea, coffee, juice along with baked goods put out in the afternoon. Very lovely staff, helpful and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will look forward to returning:)

Les deux Alps is about old trash stinking accommodations. But this hotel was the better accommodation I‘ve stayed in L2A. Clean. NOT stinky. Ok breakfast, cool hosts.

Day started well with a good breakfast. There is a snow equipment room that is convenient to access and to stow the ski gear. Room was comfy, slept well in the bed, and it was quiet.

Breakfast was good. Location is GREAT. Staff was SUPER friendly. Not the fanciest place on the planet... but close to good lifts, good value, and a really nice family environment.

Spacious rooms and pretty hotel interiors. Very convenient ski in/out options. Nice to have parking at the property at very reasonable price.

The place was very cute and comfortable but the staff was above and beyond. We wanted to ski a half day (in June) and were not very prepared/informed, but they helped us with renting skiis/snowboard, buying the lift tickets, calling around to stores to see if anyone had gloves for sale (which we didn't end up needing -- we wore sweatpants and T-shirts and were perfectly comfortable.) The breakfast was wonderful. There is a shared fridge which was the first fridge we encountered in Europe that was actually cold and the cold water dispenser was a huge bonus.

The room was big and clean. The bathroom was updated and the shower had great water pressure. The spa was fantastic! Multiple hot tubs, a cold plunge, steam room, and sauna were all amazing. Staff was very friendly. Free parking just down the street.

The communal living space was excellent with amazing views all round. The location was perfect for the diablo lift, only a short walk. The host was lovely, and even swept the path after it snowed. The ski locker was good. The bathrooms are all really nice and have been refurbished recently. Also the windows were new and hence the chalet was really warm.

Great location in town. About 5 mins walk from ski lift and free shuttle bus. The room was large & clean. The staffs were friendly & willing to help.

I liked having a small deck off of the room to enjoy the fresh air and views.

Excellent price–quality balance. While this is not a luxury 4 or 5-star hotel, the level of service was genuinely above expectations. The staff were absolutely outstanding – friendly, proactive, and always available, creating a very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere throughout our stay. The services overall were excellent and very well organized. A big highlight was the buffet – an impressively wide selection of dishes, fresh, diverse, and consistently tasty, with plenty of options for all tastes. We also really appreciated the snacks and fresh fruits available on each floor during meal times – a very thoughtful and convenient touch. The rooms were comfortable, well-sized, and practical, with a practical bathroom and everything needed for a relaxing stay after skiing. Another major plus was the shuttle service. Even though the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, having the hotel shuttle was extremely convenient. It runs at convenient times, and you can even call it to pick you up and bring you back after skiing. A big thank you to the drivers and manager who was very polite and helpful, adding to the overall great experience. The ski room is also very well organized, with easy access from outside, making the transition to the shuttle smooth and efficient. The hotel offers many amenities such as a nice bar area, snooker, and a gym room, as well as a pleasant spa and pool area – perfect for relaxing after a full day on the slopes. The ski area itself was excellent. The Jandri Express lifts provide fast access to high-altitude slopes with very good snow conditions. Many of the blue slopes feel closer to red – long, wide, and very enjoyable, offering a great skiing experience. Finally, the resort itself is lively and well-equipped, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and après-ski options. There are also many extra activities beyond skiing, and we even experienced a mid-week carnival, which created a fantastic atmosphere.

The view and the dinner was spectacular.
