Gorgeous alpine village with cow bells audible regularly. Great mountain biking trails. Smaller and quieter than nearby morzine but still plenty of restaurants to choose from: we'd recommend Tyrol.

We love Les Gets and have been many times.

We love Les Gets and have been many times. It's a proper French town, as well as ski town. Loads of good restaurants, cafes, bars, shops. You can access ski areas on both sides of the town, both of which are very good, and the whole Portes du Soleil area if you want to ski further. It's a relatively easy, swift journey from Geneva airport. Close to Morzine by bus. Plenty of places you can rent equipment.

Les Gets is a lively but small and characterful ski resort...

Les Gets is a lively but small and characterful ski resort town with a nice relaxed family vibe. Great skiing both locally and if desired through easy access to the wider Portes du Soleil ski area. Plenty of good food and drink choices both in the resort and on the mountains, and lots of nice shops and non skiing entertainments. Cosier and much less trafficky than Morzine and some other resorts. Everything in the centre within a few minutes walk.

Les Gets is a fantastic town and great skiing. Easy access to Morzine and Avoriaz. Les Gets / Morzine is less busy than Avoriaz so great for kids / family. Loads of bars and restaurants to choose from in the town.

Les Gets is a beautiful alpine village in Haute Savoie.

Les Gets is a beautiful alpine village in Haute Savoie. There are many activities for families; The Wibit water park on the lake, the all-year toboggan run, trampolines, not speaking of the great mtb/downhill trails. Highly recommend choosing an accomodation that offers the Multipass; you can access many activities for free or with a discount :)

It's a brilliant option for families and learner skiers with lots of easy slopes suitable for beginner and intermediate skiers. The village is very authetic and quaint with a reat choice of restaurants, cafes, ski hire shops and a little supermarket. The close proximity to Geneva is such a selling point for us as we can hire a car and rive in just over an hour to the village.

Location could not be better - real bike-in bike-out no in summer, presumably even better in winter. Wonderful, friendly and chill staff, from the reception to the restaurant and terrace bar. Rooms are not big, but beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Great value for money! Will definitely come back here on our next visit to Gets.

Location was brilliant - a short walk to the main chair / cable car lift going out of Les Gets. With more snow, would have been an even shorter walk to the drag lift. Food was excellent (3 course dinner every night), breakfast was also an excellent spread. A warm welcome from the hosts who were flexible and ready to answer any questions.

Great hotel, we had such a great holiday! Perfect location just in the town of Les Gets next to some great restaurants and bars. The hotel has great decor and the staff couldn’t do enough for us, in particular Pete and Valeriia. Very comfortable, clean and stylish rooms. Can also definitely recommend the full breakfast in the mornings!
