Spotless, friendly hosts, convenient location near chateau gardens, great bike parking. Especially great was the breakfast, which consisted of all homemade breads, pastries and yogurt from the pâtissiere-trained owner--not to be skipped!

Position is stunning- overlooking the lake. All staff were extremely helpful. Rooms were clean and well equipped. And a bonus for us were the EV chargers.

We have stayed at this hotel before and although out of the centre of Bagnoles it is quiet and peaceful. We find it good value for money and the home cooked food is more than adequate. Simple and basic breakfast. Comfortable for a one night stay.

The staff at the hotel are wonderful people. It's small so they get to know you quickly. Every morning when I came down for breakfast (after the first morning) they'd automatically get milk for my coffee because they knew that's how I drink it. They were all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is incredible. If you don't eat here, you're missing out. Some of the best steak frites I've ever had. And the breakfast was good too.

It’s a beautiful property. The grounds are stunning. The rooms are clean, comfortable and bright. The included parking is nice. The indoor pool was a welcome break after a big day of walking. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty with hot and cold items. Our favorite breakfast in France. The staff are extremely friendly and speak excellent English. They offered to carry our luggage up the steps.

Fantastic find in Bagnoles and extremely good value for money . Staff polite and helpful- everything clean and in a very good position. The bonus for us was a car park and because we have an EV a charger literally 2 minutes away. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant with good quality food and lovely staff. Breakfast was also very good with a lovely little breakfast room. All in all a delightful experience.
