The hotel is located in the very center of the city, on a pleasant square, next to the cathedral. The room is comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly. We were not in the restaurant, but went for breakfast. Excellent croissants, otherwise the breakfast was average.

It was a unique experience. the location was great and it was very comfortable for two couples. Breakfast was good and filling.

We received a warm welcome from the owners. The room was comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed a lot the shared kitchen and the available living room / dining room area. Everything was wery clean and tidy. The location of the accomodation is ideal, very close to the center of Volvic and to the source.

We arrived late, and staff were still available to talk to us. Very efficient. The room was clean. Bed linens comfortable. Shower was small but clean. I asked about gluten free breakfast bread which they were kind enough to provide. We recommend and would stay again.

My kids enjoyed the jaccuzzi and spa area. For me it felt a little off-season with some lights not working, but ultimately not a big deal.

Nice modern (small) pool & spa facilities. Dinner beautifully cooked and continental style breakfast nicely presented though my wife did have to provide her own gluten free bread, as agreed at time of booking.

This hotel had great amenities in the room and was very well designed.

Every member of the hotel staff was helpful, friendly and patient. Breakfast was very good, and we were able to eat on the terrace. Highly recommend this hotel!

Two large beds and fantastic shower

The room was extremely comfortable and very warm (gorgeous choice of materials and airy/Scandinavian design like). Bed and pillows very comfortable.The hotel has 5 rooms, so you feel like royalty. The staff was absolutely awesome going above and beyond to meet all our needs. One of the best meals I have ever eaten at the two Michelin star restaurant, where Chef Xavier Beaudiment treated us to an explosion of tastes and textures, beautifully presented. The creativity and talent is obvious and this place is very deserving of all its accolades. We chose the hotel/restaurant to meet our geographical trip, but in the future we might make it our destination and work the rest of our trip around it. Chapeau bas et merci!!

central location made exploring easy, but the hotel itself was quiet. I could enjoy the city during the day and return to a peaceful room at night
