I had a comfortable stay at this apartment. It was clean, conveniently located near the train station, and close to a large supermarket with affordable prices, making it easy to buy everything I needed. The weather was very hot, around 40°C, so having air conditioning would make the apartment even more comfortable. However, the mist fan provided helped a lot and made the stay much more pleasant. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place.

Very basic budget hotel, if you need a space to sleep in the night then make a booking otherwise not good!!!! no lounge area to sit and relax and may be order a tea or coffee or if want to to do some office work then its not suitable.

Michelle/Mischel made such a difference with his exceptional service, always smiling, always patient, answering every question, and even thinking ahead to provide what we needed before we asked. His kindness stayed with us throughout our stay. We also want to thank Tirzen for welcoming us so warmly upon our arrival; that gesture set the tone for a lovely and comfortable accommodation. Everything is appropriate to me specially that this was my second stay there , 10 min walk to rerA , 30-40 minutes to downtown of Paris , 20-30 min to Disney. Les arcades shopping centre is just across the street. Many options of food available and also carrefour and action . Fully equipped kitchenette. Air condition. Yet the toilet is high from ground and no water in it for after toilet cleaning ( shattafa ).

Good public transport network to Central Paris.

Good public transport network to Central Paris. The area outside the campus grounds is rundown and seems to be quite an impoverished area. There are a number of homeless people around the area who keep to themselves and were not actively seeking out people passing through. The area as a whole looks rather unsafe but we as 2 seasoned female travellers did not feel unsafe around the locals.

Please be very careful when choosing this location as a camp for your trips to Paris and Disney, I strongly recommend you stay at hotels since there are apartments in the area that take advantage of the proximity to Disney and they are of very low quality.

Liked the area that we stayed in, some of the boulangeries (particularly L' Atelier des gourmands) and restaurants were excellent, felt like it would be somewhere I'd live if I were to move to Paris. Bit of a walk from the station, but not a bother for us.

Perfectly situated 5 minutes away from a train that can take you both to Paris and Disneyland. Supermarket on the way to the station. Check-in instructions were clear and there was a parking spot reserved for our car down below in the parking lot. Just what we needed for our short trip to Paris.

Location very close to shopping centre and Metro. When you arrive at RER Station look for Arcades shopping centre and walk through there until you get into the opposite parking and keep walking straight until you see the hotel. Room size comfortable. Good shower. Room was clean on arrival.
