It was near the RER station, the price was not expensive, the owner provided good instructions on how to get into the apartment and was quite accommodating, trying to help solve the problems that arose during check-in (see the section "what I didn't like")

Aside from the room size and a basic level of cleanliness, the overall experience was very disappointing. Some staff members were rude, and I was charged unexpected fees even before checking in. The room lacked soundproofing. I could clearly hear neighbors talking and even the sound of their doors closing. I also encountered two cockroaches in the room, with one crawling on me. There was no Wi-Fi available in the hotel or nearby, so I had to travel all the way to Gare du Nord just to access the internet using SNCF’s free Wi-Fi.

Property looks new and very clear and staff very humble and...

Property looks new and very clear and staff very humble and cooperative. The staff helped me in finding directions, arranged transports and also shared all information as and where was needed. This property is near to supermarkets, saloon, restaurants (specially halal restaurant) and all kind of transportation available near by. Bolt was the very best transport I have used and I can write Bolt was most convenient and economical.

This is just one of many suburbs of Paris.

This is just one of many suburbs of Paris. We didn't spend more than half a day exploring the immediate neighbourhood and there isn't actually much to see. If you intend to explore Paris by bike then this is a very good base. You can ride all along a waterway on a very good bike path far away from motorized traffic and surprisingly nice views. Going to Paris central takes about 30 minutes that way.
