The hotel was clean, my room was spacious and the staff was amazing especially Baptiste who was really helpful and nice. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and I will visit again if the opportunity presents itself.

I like everything, location, staff, breakfast, room cleaning. Everything was perfect. Thank you very much. Just it was a little bit difficult to contact with some staff who didn’t understand English, but that’s okay

The receptionist were super lovely and helpful, especially the female one with the blonde hair. Unfortunately I don't her name, but she is doing an amazing job! We spent only one night, in the 1 bedroom apartment, it was clean, specious and had everything we needed for this stay.

The property, the rooms and the staff are 1st class. You can tell that the property and rooms were designed with every detail well considered and thought out. No expense appears to have been spared to give guests the best possible experience.

Everything was perfect. Roses are everywhere. The service is 100 out of 10. We would love to shout out to all the staffs especially Michel. He is an amazing man and made our days. Heated pool and spa were very nice. Hope to be back again one day.

This hotel was recommended by a friend and we were so glad to have followed up on her advise. We really loved the spa. The weather had just turned rainy and cold so we didn't use the pool, but it was lovely and inviting to look at. The room was very comfortable, nicely decorated and had a desk and a small round table with a plant which made it feel homey. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. Parking was almost on-site, very reasonably priced for Aix. Staff were friendly and efficient. We look forward to returning.

The staff was lovely, room the perfect size. There was a little patio outside and it was nice and quiet. Everything was easy walking distance and parking only across the street. We highly recommend!

I booked my room at Hotel des Arts Aix at the last minute because the electricity was not yet turned on at my new apartment. I enjoyed a warm and comfortable bed and a hot shower on a cold night but, when I returned home the next morning, I realized I had left my watch behind. I called the front desk, they found the watch, and they held it for me! Honest, trustworthy professionals! I highly recommend Hotels des Arts Aix!

Friendly staff, right off the main street, the hotel is located in the chapel of a former convent so the interior walls have a beautiful stained glass window.
