One of the most pleasant innkeepers I met. The breakfasts are VERY good. Laetitia and her family are actively renovating the Chateau, so things will only get better. It is a beautiful old building on just as beautiful grounds in a somewhat remote area in off season. I recommend it and hope to return.

This Logis hotel is located in the town of Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue in Normandy, close to the fishing port. It is set within private gardens with 100-year old fuchsia plants.

We were made very welcomed. Breakfast was one of the most varied I have ever seen. The honey was local, the bread was 'bio' and homemade, local cheeses, home-baked crumble to die for, just to list the tip of the iceberg. Maison bourgeoise with all comforts and a splendid conservatory. We got our luggage carried upstairs. St Vaast isn't big but hotel was very near the center and the harbour.

The Moyne de Saire is located in Val de Saire, between Barfleur and Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue, and the beach is just half a mile away. Rooms have a private bathrooms and TV.

Overall our stay was lovely, as usual, we have stayed here before. Our room is lovely, and has a balcony, ideal for the very hot weather that we experienced whilst in France!!! The breakfasts are really good. The bed and shower room are excellent. All in all a very nice stay. Nice to have tea/coffee making facilities now in the rooms.
