Easy check in. The room we had 601 was approximately 200m from reception. The estate is huge .Loved the pool and the restaurant was good value. Ideal stop over on a St Malo to Nice bike ride.

What a location - right in the middle of the medieval town - two steps from the entrance to l'Abbaye Royale de Fontevraud. Lovely courtyard restaurant - tasty great value meal. The best breakfast we've ever had in a three-star hotel.

This property is stunning, but what makes it truly special, is the love and care by the hosts. Our stay began with a tour of the property and an excellent conversation with our hosts. The history, attention to detail, as well as the thoughtful and comforting accommodations made our time here the best that we have experienced in all of France.

The place is like a "work in progress", staffed to an absolute minimum, particularly in the restaurant. To be fair, it was Bastille weekend, but if you can't get staff, don't open....

Room was warm and comfortable Staff were very friendly restaurant was very enjoyable plenty of variety drinks wise and restaurant was nice and warm. Breakfast was enjoyable. the hotel is in the countryside but has all the facilities you need. parking was outside your accommodation. will probably return in the summer on our motorcycles due to the secure parking. A little walk from accommodation to the main restaurant area but level path and good lighting we felt very secure

This was my second visit to Domaine de Roiffé. I travel by car and one of the best things is I do not need to worry about parking. The estate is lovely and quiet, restaurant is great and there is plenty to do there if you're an outdoorsy person.

We have stayed at this Hotel before, the rooms are in what was the old prison blocks so are large and airy, The staff are very helpful. The grounds are vast and include an 18 hole Golf Course, so you can wander at will.

Lovely setting. Lovely the layout of the hotel. Room was spacious and just what we needed. Facilities at the hotel were fantastic and kept the kids entertained. Staff were lovely and really helpful and friendly.

Amazing place - sprawling in the extreme. Unlike any hotel we have ever stayed at before. Nice smallish pool, clean rooms , good breakfast
