The breakfast was simply a treat, it speaks for itself. The hotel was a three minute walk from where my son lives and a 15 minute walk to the train station. The staff were very friendly and even though there was a language bearer tried to help.

Room was small, but very comfortable and clean. Not very loud. Manager is great person, very kind. I had to leave early in the morning, he gave me his personal contact in case of any trouble with taxi or any other issues. Great choice. Very close to metro, and other transportation services.

Great surprise in an lively Paris neighborhood

Carol and Mary Ellen, the owner, Welcomed with us with open arms. They were a delight and did not hesitate to help us secure tickets for an event and with navigating the city. The breakfast was fresh with many options for a full and satisfying meal. The 24 hour staff, sitting area and bar were all bonuses! The neighborhood had a great selection of restaurants and was easy and safe to get around and the location was not too far from the center of Paris. The rooms were a nice size, very clean and the beds comfortable. The Bijou Hotel and Staff were Great!

Nice welcome and pleasant reception area. Our room was on 1st floor with 'garden view' so very quiet. Although quite a small room it was very well arranged with lots of electric sockets, a convenient desk with a good light, hooks and hangers, comfortable bed - and all very clean. Good breakfast with a variety of teas, what appeared to be home-made jams (VG), cereal, bread, pastries, fruit, cheese, ham, salami, yoghurt etc. The breakfast area, which acts as a workspace during the day, looks on to a pretty courtyard, where it's nice to sit on a warm afternoon. We'd been given some cheese in Normandy, which the chap on reception was happy to keep in the fridge for us overnight The location is brilliant - a few steps down a side road off the main street, which is full of shops and places to eat (though sadly, as in the rest of Paris, most of them are for fast food). It's only a few minutes' walk from Marcel Sembat station (Metro Line 9) and Boulogne-Billancourt's museums etc, and the bus stops are even closer.
