The floating house is located on a nautical base, in a park on the banks of the Seine. La Seine Musicale is a 20-minute walk along the riverbank. The Parc de Saint-Cloud (Royal and Imperial Park) is a 3-minute walk from the floating house. Versailles, the Eiffel Tower, Porte de Versailles, La Défense, and the Parc des Princes are all easily accessible. Metro lines M9 and T2 provide access to train stations, airports, public transport, and taxis. For lunch or dinner, you can walk 15 minutes to Boulogne-Billancourt, Sèvres, or Saint-Cloud, or take the car and reach restaurants of all types in under 5 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, peaceful, and very pleasant.
