Room was spacious. Everything was clean. Tram station is few steps from the Hotel. There were pharmacy, cafés, and restaurants. Room was occupied with stove, microwave, utensils, fridge. Bathroom was spacious as well. Staff were very nice. Security was good for a solo female traveler.

Basic acomadation in ex catolic monastery .Very good location 10 minutes walk from city center.Beds was very comfy and area is very quiet.

Simple, small but functional room with a desk and coffee & tea machine with some pods. Staff was helpful and friendly. Good breakfast buffet in a cosy dining room. On site restaurant although I didn't try it.

Modern and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Easy to find using Google maps.2 restaurants close by, but very limited for a vegetarian. Great staff. Good parking.

Helpful staff, clean and comfortable room

Greeted very nicely upon my arrival. My room was very clean with a comfy bed.

The location is perfect, closer by many interests places. Accommodations and facilities are nice. About the staff generally speaking it was very good

The very unique and easy to navigate self-checkin system gave an excellent sense of security but was welcoming and gave us the feeling of a warm homey atmosphere. When the host came by with an extra table lamp, she was delightful and added to our feeling of being well cared for.

Location next to the highway. Good price. Additional sink with mirror at room. Comfortable and clean bed

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked for 2 rooms next to each other and the receptionist did exactly that. There is enough parking space and this hotel is perfect if you are just passing through bordeaux. What I really liked was the bed. I woke up in the morning full of energy and this is mainly because of the mattrass/bed they use.

Clean, cosy apartment, good location

We had an amazing stay! For the modest price you pay, you get a neat and clean room, nice breakfast, quiet area, amazingly friendly staff. The hotel manager made sure our stay was perfect. They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. We were provided everything we needed (iron, hairdryer). There is a spacious parking with several chargers for electric cars.

For the money we paid i didn't hold high expectations but the hotel, whilst dated was clean, comfortable and ideally located for us. What really lifted the stay was the hospitality shown by the staff. Truly exceptional.
