An absolutely lovely chateau with the most amazing views of the Pyrenees. A spacious, comfortable, clean and very well appointed room in a lovely old mansion with spectacular terraces and walks. A great welcome and friendly staff. A really nice dinner from a talented chef - short menu and wine list but beautifully cooked and supremely tasty.

The Hotel-Restaurant Les Minotiers is situated in walking distance from the medieval square of Mirepoix and close to the most prestigious sites of the region of Ariége.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The dinner we enjoyed at the restaurant was delicious and good value. It's an easy walk to the main Square. They have a large parking lot. There's an elevator and air conditioning. The staff were all very polite and helpful.
