Julie was welcoming and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

I love how beautiful the views were of the beach from my bedroom windows. It’s so close to the harbour and beach and I loved the view of the sunset and sunrise.

Very nice and people very friendly

The quality of the furnishings was far above usual accommodations. It had solid wood furniture and the bath and bed linens were super high quality. Everything was above standard and exceeded expectations. Very spacious and comfortable. Seriously would be happy to have spent our whole holiday there, I will definitely refer friends traveling to the area.

Omg don’t get me started, let’s start with the view from the hotel There’s also a cliff track path that lead directly to the beach There’s even some sits available for you if you want the video directly. It was so beautiful. Now let’s talk about the room, the interior design is superb, modern and eyes for details. Ohh yes I observed everything It’s so aesthetically pleasing. I took lots of pictures and videos ohh it was beautiful Now the food, we only had breakfast in the hotel and it was delicious. The pillows were so soft and I sleep so easily. I need that pillow in my life lol😄 I think I have covered everything 😂

Overall Heywood is a lovely spa hotel. We had a lovely stay, a great sleep in a nice king bed, and the breakfast was lovely. A nice selection of options on the menu is available, with some juices and a fresh coffee available. The room was spacious (albeit we were given a free upgrade - always boxes well) with a lovely layout that felt new and well designed. The team aided us in sourcing flowers as part of a baby moon, a lovely touch. The hotel is within a brief walk to the Tenby center - and we made it even with a pregnant wife. We found the hotel is also well priced albeit we have visited outside of peak season. The hotel felt intimate but has comfortable spaces, the spa was of a more than suitable standard for a 4-star.

After reading reviews was a bit dubious.But on arrival was very impressed with the hotel.Decor was really good, unusual collection of clocks around the walls.Staff really friendly,helpful.Bedrooms were cosy & basic only downfall was the old sash window was draughty & rattling with the wind, ..Would definitely stay again.Booked 2 nights & ended up staying extra night

Everything about the place the staff are amazing

Every member of staff was so welcoming, friendly and polite. The place was warm, which was perfect on such a cold day. It was spotlessly clean throughout. Our apartment was absolutely perfect. The walk into the village was no more than 10 mins and the view from the hotel and spa was magical. The breakfast staff were so accommodating when I complained about the odd taste to the milk in my porridge. Nothing was too much trouble. We will be returning soon.

Exceptional property, location, and food.

The room was freshly refurbished, big and very clean. It included a massive terrace. It is also very well insulated so that you can't hear any noise from the pub below.

Apartment is centrally located above the Billy Can Restaurant. It was clean comfortable and little to no issues. The creaking of the floorboards above me in the morning was a tad bit annoying but othwerise the stay was excellent. The food at the restaurant was also excellent.

big room, comfortable bed, great sea view, superb location, lovely staff.

Clean, airy and pleasant room with great bathroom and shower. Good TV, and wi-fi. Enjoyed the full breakfast too. Free on-site parking is always a bonus, and with Plas Hyfryd just a short walk from the top of Narberth's main street the location could hardy be more convenient for a short break in the town.
