Clean, comfortable and modern room with a big TV. I was a bit concerned about it being attached to a bar and noisy, but it wasn’t an issue at all. I was there during the week but the rooms seem really well separated in their location behind the bar. One of my favorite stays so far on a 2 month cycle trip!

Boston was much cleaner than I expected dispite there being many takeaway,s, we bought food from the supermarkets all where close by and ate at our accomadation but did have a nice meal in the Carpenters pub close by

Boston has a significant number of interesting features and...

Boston has a significant number of interesting features and impressive buildings. The Stump is open every day and well worth visiting for the history, architecture and for a climb up the tower; 209 steps to the viewing platform. Now you can book a trip to the very top for an escorted visit. It costs £25. The Guildhall Museum also is well worth a visit (free) ,Weds to Sunday and the Maud Foster Windmill (working) open Weds to Sat. The Library was signed but hard to locate and up steps (had a lift but it was out of action the day we were there). Food wise there is an excellent cafe in the Market Place with outdoor and indoor seating. Women's WC on ground floor and Gents upstairs. The White Hart is the principal Hotel in the centre but no disability rooms. In the season from April to October there are trips on the Boston Belle on the River Witham which are really good. English is not a language you hear spoken that much in the town centre as there are a large number of other nationalities resident. Although this is not an attraction for many long term Bostonians I found it interesting. Don't miss out on the Lincolnshire Pork Sausages from long standing butchers Bycrofts in Dolphin Lane!

We loved the White Hart Inn…a lovely place to stay.

We loved the White Hart Inn…a lovely place to stay. We were there for the Marathon and Running Festival. Boston itself wasn’t for us. Very depressing and shabby. We were very happy to stay in at the hotel which was lovely…great food, wines and nice staff.

Unfortunately we didn’t see much of Boston as the point of the stay was to see friends who live just outside. However the above score is for the Quayside hotel which was just brilliant in every aspect

Boston has an amazing history with lot's of historic period...

Boston has an amazing history with lot's of historic period buildings. Unfortunately it is now full of young asylum seeking men hanging about in the centre of town. Lot's of the decent shops and many of the pubs have closed down. Such a shame because it could once again be beautiful ! Clear out the asylum seekers, create a sense of community and pump some investment back into the city !

It is a pleasant enough Town and big enough to have...

It is a pleasant enough Town and big enough to have everything you need. There might not be enough there to keep you busy for a week, but as a tactical base for exploring the Lincolnshire environs it can work out pretty well.

Whenever I stay in Boston, I stay at the White Hart. The White Hart might charge more than B&Bs, in Boston, and other hotels, but the level of service is outstanding. Every member, of the staff, whether its Housekeeping team members, or front of house team members, go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The only issue I have is the location: Boston. Boston is my home town and has gone downhill, over the years. The White Hart is an oasis, which makes my visits to Boston more bearable.

The communication was brilliant on my day of arrival, with responses and a phone call almost immediately after my messages. There is plenty of free parking on the road outside the hotel. The room was spacious and clean with everything I required for my stay. The kitchen was well stocked for what I needed to make breakfast the following morning. I stayed the night before the Boston Marathon and the location is perfect for the start and finish line.

The location of the hotel was ideal for me as it was next door to the church. The lobby area was all very smart and clean and the room was a reasonable size with very nice modern shower room and everything was really clean.
