Very conveniently located for my purposes. Very professional and courteous staff. Very cozy and quiet with comfortable beds and very nice duvet and linens. I found if you prepay for the breakfast the night before at or as you check in instead of when you book or just before breakfast, it's saves you money and the breakfast is worth what they charge.

The receptionist was so friendly at check in. Bed was super comfortable and the room had everything we needed, including shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, tea/coffee facilities etc. Great place.

Kesgrave Hall is a wonderful experience, an oasis hidden away on the edge of Ipswich. It’s an old building that has been tastefully modernized and is very comfortable. Excellent dinner and lunch menus accompany a delicious breakfast for guests, and it sits in beautiful grounds that you can stroll around. Well worth the stay!
