Fantastic property in Fram, clean and comfortable room (bed was so nice!) Appreciated the big fan in this heat wave, and the non slip mat in the bath. Staff looked after me despite a late arrival, and held onto my bag after checkout so I could visit nearby. Breakfast included!

Cheerful welcome by Manager who showed me to my room. Professional and courteous staff, large comfortable clean room, decorated on theme of local coastal village, Thorpeness. Loved the yachts on some of the furnishings. Delicious, well presented dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend.

Loved the warmth of the host, and the room itself was just what we needed for a quick night away. Ana found me some peanut butter when she heard me saying that I liked it, which was such a nice touch. The room was spotless and the sheets were comfy and clean.

What Guests Said About Campsea Ashe:

An absolutely perfect place to stay!

An absolutely perfect place to stay! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the room and finishes were stylish and modern but also impeccably clean. The bed was really comfortable and the area was dead silent so I slept like a baby. I stayed here for one night when working in the area, and I went back to work feeling rejuvenated as if I’d had a mini holiday. What a treat! HIGHLY recommend.

Loved our delightful Garden Room, very tasteful and comfortable character renovation in lovely grounds. Gorgeous hydrangeas surrounding the room. A real treat, would very happily stay again (with own shallow pillow!).

It was a lovely quiet spot with a lovely host Tina who was there to greet us on arrival. She then was very unobtrusive valuing our privacy (as she lived on site) The apartment we stayed in was attached to her house. It wa immaculate, cosy and warm and every item there that would be necessary in a self catering establishment. There were countryside views from every window and it was also a very bright apartment. Outside if it had been summer there was a lovely personal garden with patio furniture, bbq and loungers to sit and watch the birds with a glass in hand. Only thing we thought would be of help would be an anti slip mat for the bath when showering but apart from that all you needed was there. Well done Tina giving us a lovely little Autumn break with lots of sights both country and coastal to hand.

Free parking. Comfortable, clean, friendly, quiet.

Free parking. Comfortable, clean, friendly, quiet. Good breakfast. We were in a first floor annex (the coaching house room). Not suitable on the first floor for people who can’t negotiate stairs. But beautifully quiet and private close to main house.
