Wonderful hotel on the river, perfect location gor Hampton Court Palace. Loved the room names, our room was very spacious. Restaurants were great, we had drinks on the Terrace, breakfast and afternoon tea whilst there. No complaints at all

We upgraded to the comfy king river view. It was wonderful. It was comfy and quiet. It had a well stocked mini bar, water, coffee and tea were free. The room was large with plenty of space. I love the night light in the bathroom Every hotel should have this feature, no waking up your spouse with a light blazing in the middle of the night. Brilliant!

Our daughter suggested the hotel as it was convenient for...

Our daughter suggested the hotel as it was convenient for meeting up on their trip over from Switzerland. We all knew the area as they used to live in Esther eight years ago. Met up at Mercedes Benz world in the afternoon and then after booking into hotel we drove to the wheatchief Restaurant on the green in Esther . All shared a table in your restaurant for a very early breakfast before seeing them off in a taxi to go to the station to enjoy a day in London. We left later after enjoying a lazy breakfast and talking to your wonderful staff. Our daughter stayed again with their three children for a second night.

Room wasn't very clean, lots of cobwebs and the carpets are really dirty. But friendly staff that go above and beyond. Lots of places to eat and there is a lovely river and playground for the children No hot chocolate or biscuits in the room for the children. No veggie options for breakfast, you have to ask for veggie sausages and they take a while

Ideal stopping place on M25 before travelling further North.

Ideal stopping place on M25 before travelling further North. Room was clean and good choice of breakfast foods. Staff were lovely. Parking is in the main service station car park - could be difficult to see your car from the hotel if the place is busy, but car was safe. Attached to a well stocked service station, but food places will close about 8:30pm during the weekdays, so be aware if travelling and thinking you will be able to get food later on into the evening.

As I said in my review overall some some frontline staff...

As I said in my review overall some some frontline staff were too Inexperienced or just haven’t had the level of training needed. Example: dinner was asked to order food before a drink offered. Had no idea of wine on offer and eventually wrong wine served and poured without tasting. We love blue cheese sauce However I don’t know what we got but !!! Lastly my colleague was offered an upgrade however it seems he was charged for it conformation of this would be appreciated.

The parking, the location . The welcome at reception.

The parking, the location . The welcome at reception. The restaurant facilities , The choice of eateries. Value for money. Not everyone likes to pay for their dogs but for us the convenience of having them with us at the hotel is a cost we are more than happy to pay. If we attend this dog show we will stay at this Ramada Cobham.

The hotel is at a motorway services on the M25 and so we...

The hotel is at a motorway services on the M25 and so we knew it would not be luxurious but it was definitely below expectations. The parking is in the main service station car park which was a security concern. The room was very basic and was in need of refurbishment. When we got to the room we were initially given it had not been cleaned and was exactly as the previous occupant had left it. We were then given a disabled room which was clean but very basic. There is no excuse for the low standard of accommodation offered especially when carrying the Ramada name.

The hotel's location is very close to the A3 Cobham junction, offering perfect accessibility. It is set in nice wooded grounds, albeit there are major structural roadworks taking place surrounding the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful with providing a late check-out at late notice. The room itself was as expected of a Hilton.
