Comfortable and clean hotel. We booked rooms for 3 and 2 people and had even extra beds in the rooms. Great to have parking near the hotel. Easy check in. Quite during the night.

Jessica and Sam were gracious, kind and humble hosts who would do anything to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible. We found the rooms and beds very comfortable and did not want for anything. Biscuits, tea and coffee facilities in room were much appreciated and shower was great. Kids said that the tv and wifi was the best they had on our tour around Scotland, England and the continent. Cooked breakfast was great though we all missed our favorite black pudding on the second day. Jessica generously gave us some fruit to take for our continued road trip. Thanks!

Go in the summer it might be warmer our stay was cold.

Go in the summer it might be warmer our stay was cold. Sat first night with blankets over us. Cold shower first thing not good and bath ran cold. It's also on a very busy main road day and night. Wouldn't recommend it. Wet room was a ice box didn't use. Medicine cabinet in bathroom up stair a pain both of us hit our heads on several times. It's ok for host to say I should have said but feel the heating should be first thing he should check when it's freezing out side also felt I couldn't complain. Left a day early. Booked for 3 night would have left after first night but had plans with family. All in all did not enjoy our stay but was nice to see family.

A truly beautiful village, it is very small with no shops but a delightful pub. Lots of walks on your doorstep or within 15-20 minutes drive. The Fox pub has a great ambience, serves good food and the staff were excellent. If staying on a weekend do book a table before you arrive. If b & B stay, bring basics as shops are a 10 minute drive away in Brackley. However once there you have large supermarkets etc.

Garden Barn is located in the lovely and peaceful village of Farthinghoe which is approximately 15 minutes away from Silverstone race track, which we were visiting for the weekend. Garden Barn itself is nice and cosy, well equipped and clean. Jackie the host is very pleasant and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

This was a quirky little self catering annexe to the main property on Main rd.,Farthinghoe, with lots of character. It was warm and the beds were comfortable. Lots of artwork to buy on display, which was interesting.
