Owners brilliant - arrived (very) late and happy to greet me, amazing breakfast and couldn't have done more for me to make the stay comfortable. It's a farm, so there are animals wandering around the grounds - chickens, sheep and even a turkey. Best part: they asked when I wanted breakfast and baked bread fresh for this time, gave me several home made jams and made a fantastic meal. Filled me up for the day and such a pleasure to eat with the host, who told some fascinating stories. You could stay for cheaper at the Travelodge in the centre of Gainsborough. But if you want an unforgettable stay somewhere that is run by genuinely lovely people, then stay here. It was fantastic.

Close to the old RAF Scampton just five minutes from the showground excellent pub ten minutes away.Very quiet, excellent host and about five miles from Lincoln city. I'm an ex RAF member so it was like "coming home" and its an easy run into Lincoln if that's what you want.House very well presented.Immaculate bathroom.

This is great accommodation. Cleanliness is outstanding..a really nice house and pleasant host, although we didn't see much of him. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to self cater. Cutlery, pots , pans , plates fridges, freezers, herbs and spices.. Will be visiting again in summer.. Bed very comfy, shower very warm.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Tower Hotel, the staff was very helpful and lovely, 5 star customer service. I really enjoyed the freshly made breakfast as well. The hotel is just few minutes walk from the Cathedral, and still easy to find a parking space, I never had issues finding a spot.

Beautiful and peaceful. Not anything locally.

Beautiful and peaceful. Not anything locally. No shops or pubs or even taxis or anything. We walked an hour through farmers fields to the closest pub, to be told they weren’t serving food because the chef was on holiday. Disappointing but still enjoyed our stay none the less.

The wood fired hot tub is brilliant and so easy and relaxing. Everything is provided from games books and a lovely view of greenery trees donkeys and even a red arrow display! Was just right for myself wife and grandson aged 12. There is a small churchyard and a community playground nearby otherwise it is totally a quiet quaint place.
