It was in the middle of nowhere but not far from where we needed to get to. Very quiet with wonderful views. Host was superb and you felt like family instead of a visitor.

We loved the vibe here. Really relaxed.

We loved the vibe here. Really relaxed. The air by the estuary felt so clean and cool. We had Thai take out from the village which was tasty and we ate on the picnic tables by the estuary which was beautiful. Had a couple of drinks in Browns and a meal there also very nice. Local walks were interesting as was the history of the area - visited Dylan Thomas’ house and writing shed. There was a newish wine bar too. Tried to eat there twice but not enough staff to cope which was disappointing. The courtyard was nice for an early evening drink though. Tenby was only a short drive and it’s very busy but gorgeous there too

Lovely village.

Lovely village. Friendly people, enjoyed the annual carnival. We ate at Ty Glo all three nights, partly because it was good but also because there wasn't a great deal of choice. Good walk to Dylan's boathouse and also to his grave, which is surprisingly not grand at all.

Laugharne is beautiful, however its hard to get a booking for food in the evening at short notice. Luckily we were allowed in a sheltered place and enjoyed a pizza. I was so disappointed with the boathouse being closed, I`d gone there to see it. But we had a nice walk on the outside and I managed to fall in one of the many holes on the shore while taking photos, luckily it was a soft landing.

A beautiful little village with friendly people and a cool vibe. Dexter’s Steak house served top quality food which was plentiful. Tŷ Glo is a wonderful bar with a lovely vibe although the drinks are a little on the pricey side. We will definitely return to this gorgeous village

We have been there numerous times, just for the walks past the castle and along the eastuary, plus seeing the boathouse and where D.T. lived as the wife is a big fan. The area is very calming, and relaxing. It's the ideal place if you need to recharge your own batteries, as much as we love our kids, grandchildren and dogs it's good now and then to get a break and this is the ideal place.

Breakfast was lovely with a good choice available. The room was spacious and clean and a nice view out of the window. We stayed for a wedding in the nearby village of St Clears and it was an ideal place for this. Very short drive into Laugharne which was a nice place to visit, would highly recommend Dexter's restaurant at Browns Hotel. The staff at Broadway House were great and easy to communicate with throughout.

Room was nice, breakfast was very good and served with a lovely smile. Our dog even got his own sausage 🥰 and allergies were accommodated kindly despite our booking being last minute. Laugharne is absolutely lovely with a beautiful walk along the estuary past the castle ruins, providing food for the soul while the fabulous little pizza place in town serves delicious food for the body.

The only small issue was the check out time which was 103.0 which is quite early for a hotel especially staying after a wedding and then having to driving 1.5hr home.
