Quaint and with a unique atmosphere. Lovely staff. Very accomodating when a personal emergency arose. Very small quarters. Little room to a move about to bathroom and move the room. I must emphasize the great staff and cleanliness.

Love this place I've stayed there multiple times while working in the area it's clean great facilities and the food is exceptional.

The room was cosy and clean.There are everything that you need such as coffee and tea, hair dryer, towels and etc.

The hotel is absolutely super and I cannot fault it. Location is great with plenty of free parking. Rooms are spotlessly clean and well maintained. All staff are friendly and professional. Indoor pool is amazing. Would recommend 100%

The price is affordable with students like us, not too far from the beach and the station, the room is super big with neccesary facilities. The staffs are friendly, they are available 24/7 and really supportive. I feel really lucky to book such an amazing hotel to stay in when visiting bournemouth. Happy to stay and definitely come back 🥰

Few little details that made it a great hotel. Fresh milk in fridge, welcome drinks and cookies at departure. Great breakfast and super friendly staff in fabulous location.

The hotel room was spacious, very clean and modern. Had a good nights sleep. Kitchen facilities were useful, nice large lounge.

The hotel and grounds, plus location for running. Fantastic hydrotherapy facilities.

The staff are all incredibly friendly.

Didn't have Breakfast & one bus to & from the suncliff only once a hour & didn't run in the evenings or Sunday. It was a 20min walk to Bournemouth square down hill, & a steep hill up to suncliff.

Gorgeous looking art deco hotel, friendly and helpful staff, yummy breakfast and very nice set menu choices, clean and tidy bedroom, great location on the cliffs overlooking the sea.

room was extremeley nice very spacious bathroom was really good with an excellent shower fantastic views of the sea from the room

We had a one night stay (should have been 2 but our ferry was cancelled) . Staff were very friendly,,bed was comfy & the breakfast was lovely. Beach was very close & the hotel even kept our cases safe as we weren't flying out until late in the evening. I've seen some reviews about the decor being dated but I felt that it was a real authentic English seaside experience. Will most definitely return & for longer next time.

Hotel is beautiful and amazing location. Close to downtown businesses/restaurants and also the beach. Walking distance to everything. Bar, restaurant, staff, facilities were all excellent. Booked a second night because I liked it so much.
