Lovely bedrooms (we were two couples so we saw two), clean, great bathrooms (excellent water pressure in the shower) and a lovely location. The breakfast was wonderful, great options and big portions, and the staff looking after us were brilliant.

We stayed at this hotel for our wedding night and had a lovely experience. Our room was beautiful, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after our special day. The spa facilities were very good and we really enjoyed using them, although we feel that certain areas could benefit from a little refresh and updating. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection of food, and what really stood out was the wonderful staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made our stay even more memorable. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily recommend this hotel for a special occasion or a relaxing getaway.

The Buffet at breakfast was very good with a variety of choice. however, I do think that teas and coffees should be served in teapots and coffee containers instead of self service. It would also be nice for toast to be served instead of having to wait in line to use the toaster.

It was a great stay and I would have been happy to stay...

It was a great stay and I would have been happy to stay longer, either alone or in a couple. It was cosy and homely but well-appointed and compact. Theresa was a very communicative and flexible host. I would look to come again, even if I am remotely near.
