Location was nice. Close too many shops and restaurants. Riverview room was spacious and great river watching. Staff was extremely helpful when we had a minor problem to work out.

To whomever may complain about this hotel, i think those people are difficult! The Queen's head was a wonderful experience - very friendly staff, very comfortable bed, food was good and the breakfast was lovely. Wifi worked great, there is an interior court which is very nicely done and everything was clean! 10/10 and definitely recommended!

Great location, excellent service and great value for money.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was "easy" to check in, get to the room, order supper, and enjoy the hotel. Our room had a balcony with chairs that we could (and did) use. Most places in the USA are too cautious about balconies, but we were able to enjoy the view and the weather from there.

Wonderful hotel on the river, perfect location gor Hampton Court Palace. Loved the room names, our room was very spacious. Restaurants were great, we had drinks on the Terrace, breakfast and afternoon tea whilst there. No complaints at all
