I really enjoyed the luxury of the Victorian bath and the thoughtful inclusion of Prosecco, enhancing the overall indulgence of my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. The well-maintained exterior and clean, inviting common areas, along with remarkably kind restaurant staff who catered attentively to our needs, contributed to a delightful experience. Super friendly and helpful reception. Excellent customer service in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. The treacle sponge was the biggest we had ever seen and is a big favorite of ours! They went above and beyond to make our experience amazing for both myself and my children. The room was spacious with everything you would typically expect and need in a hotel room. The sweeping grand staircase decorated with flowers leading up to the rooms was a wonderful sight, my daughter felt like a princess walking up them.

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left there was a warm inviting atmosphere. The owners and staff were lovely.. The room was well decorated and spotlessly clean. We had all the facilities we required. The bed was comfortable which added to having a good night's sleep. We eat there on both nights as the food was of such good quality and staff were very efficient and friendly.

Great location. Easy to find with very good directions from owners. Had a minor issue when I could not find the thermostat for the heating but this was put right speedily. Communication before and during my stay was excellent. The property is small but very cosy and contains everything one might need. I might find it a little small for two people but that's a personal feeling. A very comfortable bed. I would love to stay again.
