Very conveniently located for my purposes. Very professional and courteous staff. Very cozy and quiet with comfortable beds and very nice duvet and linens. I found if you prepay for the breakfast the night before at or as you check in instead of when you book or just before breakfast, it's saves you money and the breakfast is worth what they charge.

Kesgrave Hall is a wonderful experience, an oasis hidden away on the edge of Ipswich. It’s an old building that has been tastefully modernized and is very comfortable. Excellent dinner and lunch menus accompany a delicious breakfast for guests, and it sits in beautiful grounds that you can stroll around. Well worth the stay!

Close to the town center and 0.2 miles from Felixstowe Railway Station, this Victorian hotel offers free parking for guests. The property was initially built for Lord Tollemarch.

Nice spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and plenty of parking spaces, Room very quite considering proximity to A12. Paul and Alison were good hosts and breakfast was lovely

The spacious bathroom and lovely bath. Plenty of hot water. Super little kitchen. Lovely views over the pub garden and beyond. Loved the creaky floors. Mind your head as you enter the cottage! Could hear chatter from the pub garden below and bar area but it was not overbearing. I stayed here for a nearby wedding.

The Bull is a historic coaching inn located in the center of charming Woodbridge. The property overlooks Market Hill with the impressive Elizabethan Shire Hall and the beautiful St Mary’s Church.
