The room was very bright and clean. It smelled really good too. The bed was comfortable. There was a nice private deck and the room was totally private with beautiful views. The skylights added great light in the bathroom and bedroom. The room was decorated very tastefully. The guy who handled everything while we were there was amazing. He was very friendly, welcoming and warm. He handled multiple positions with such ease. The breakfast was over the top wonderful. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely stay. The bathroom is very spacious, with a nice bath and is squeaky clean. The room is very cosy with a biscuits and tea set. Breakfast was great, and it was lovely to talk to the hosts and get the know them. Location perfect to explore the area

Loved the tranquility of the location. Very beautiful.

Loved the tranquility of the location. Very beautiful. Friendly locals. There's much to explore. Much is national trust land. You definitely need a car as the location is fairly remote. Rocky beaches about a mile from property. It's difficult to get a phone signal but WiFi in property worked well. WiFi password was not easy to find. Had to hunt around in the property for a while before we found it. Lots of walking routes. Some roads are narrow and difficult. Road to Welcombe bay is a steep , narrow, rough road.. Good access to main road as well as the more scenic routes.. stunning views and beautiful rugged coastline. We ate in the pub next door. Food was great.

Location was not suitable for someone with mobility issues.

Location was not suitable for someone with mobility issues. That should have been made clear in the information.it cost me 40.00 by taxi to get basic shopping that cost me 39.00 pounds. Will not be recommending it too isolating and costly to travel to and from without o vehicle.

The venue is great, and the location excellent.

The venue is great, and the location excellent. The locally sourced and cooked food is of a very good standard, although the menu is quite limited . The room was not attempted to during a two night stay, although we are not sure whether this is the norm ? Was not an issue though.
