Nice location and very handy for the M1 J31 and A1M. Good pub food next door and loads of more food choices in walking distance and many more that deliver on Just Eat etc. Rooms at the rear overlook the adjacent canal and are quieter than the front. Stayed here 10+ times on business travel and will use again

Exceptionally well appointed. Immaculate decor like it had recently been decorated. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Brilliant room at a fantastic rate. Great breakfast. Decorated tastefully for Christmas.

On arrival rob was very welcoming and informative, which was good. Showed us to our room just above the restaurant which he also owns and we had a lovely meal at night. Facilities were very good with use of the shared kitchen and lounge access to the microwave, fridge,cooker and kettle was in.there not in your room.
