There’s a small space where kids can enjoy the snow just outside the villa which is the biggest plus for me, the surrounding is also beautiful with pine trees at the back. I will come back to stay in room 116 for sure as its at the end unit. Staff, Nino, was very supportive throughout our stay. Amaaaazing, i love every detail.

IsraelAmazing hotel! Very good location - just a minute from the Kohta ski lifts and ski rental services, nice pleasant clean rooms with a great view and good room cleaning service. Very heartwarming staff, especially Erosi - the hotel manager, he was super attentive to our every need, helped us to get discounts on ski rental, helped find a guide for our ride to Vardzia and much more
For 25 lari you can also add nice breakfast
I definitely recommend this hotel! For our ski vacation, it was just perfect!

There are total 4 skiing areas, only 2 of them are connected...
There are total 4 skiing areas, only 2 of them are connected with each other. Dont expect long and continues pistes. We came in February and unlucky for us because winds only 1 lift from all 4 areas was working. You can only imagine amount of people in a cue. You can use the app, to see which lifts are operating. But the app will show information only 10am and in many cases later. So dont expect to be at the piste from early morning, its a lottery.

Excellent value for money with easy access to the ski resorts. Our room on the 5th floor had an amazing overlooking view and was very quiet. The fully equipped kitchen was spotless, and the beddings were perfectly clean. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay!

You have barjomi not far from there its much better place.
All roads in build status , everything is dirty.
There are alot of more bad things to say , but I think its enough to say that it was first and last time in there.

place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — close to forest,yet quiet and relaxing.Host was incredibly welcoming and quick to respond, even sharing great local recommendations that made our trip even better. We felt right at home and would definitely love to return.

Bakuriani is a wonderful place for a relaxing getaway! Beautiful nature, fresh mountain air, and a peaceful atmosphere make it perfect for both families and couples. There are plenty of outdoor activities year-round, and the town has a cozy charm. I really enjoyed my time here and would love to come back!

The hotel’s location is good—neither too far from nor too close to the center of Bakuriani. There is a large supermarket nearby. The hotel has a spa, and the breakfast is good. It has a spacious yard and offers the opportunity to play billiards. Inside the hotel, there is a restaurant & bar with a good menu. It is suitable for a family vacation.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a 10-minute walk from the Kokhta ski lift. It has an private parking lot, which is very convenient during snowy weather.An excellent restaurant with local dishes. The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The room was very clean and cozy and the bed was simply magical.

Thank you for the service. The hotel is located in the center of Bakuriani, right next to the park. It is very clean, and the room is equipped with everything necessary. The quality of the food deserves special mention, it was delicious and varied and the hotel staff were very attentive
