Very beautiful place on the river, very friendly staff. Great breakfast (paid separately)

The room was perfect and very comfy. hotel has a back yard where there are orange trees and some play areas. bonus point- they have bidet showers. breakfast was delicious. the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my booking and when we called him, he patiently solved it. it was a non refundable booking with no free cancellation. yet he allowed me to change the booking for free. my only worry is that i had to cut my stay short for a one day instead of 2. (which is my requirement which he helped to accommodate) i wish i could stay more. highly recommended place.

Very nice "boutique style" small hotel. The receptionist was very nice. We didnt have the possibility to try breakfast as we needed to leave early for the morning flight. Perfectly clean, nice views. Good location close to Bagrati cathedral and near steps leading to city center. Fresh white bed linens and towels. Would stay again if sometimes visiting Kutaisi.

I loved the peaceful location and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. Everything felt well-organized and pleasant during my stay.

The hotel is clean and cozy, the sound of the river and a view to it is another pleasant moment. The location is in the center, and all city and historic sites are available within 10-15 minutes walk.

This is a charming little hotel very convenient to the central city. There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The room itself is quite large with a separate sitting area and has all amenities needed. Georgi is a very attentive host. An important point for me was a secure place to park my motorcycle, which worked out perfectly in the garden.

we we're welcomed by our host Igor. he was very nice and gave us a tour around the property. the whole property was very nice and clean and has a very homey vibe. our room had a garden view and from the garden you can see the amazing landscape view of the part of kutaisi with bagrati cathedral on top of the mountain. delicious homemade breakfast was served every morning by our exceptional host Palina.
