Perfect location, right by the beach. Nice restaurant, where breakfast is served looks right at the sea. Room very spacious with jacuzzi on the terrace which overlooks the sea. On the beach free chairs, umbrellas, sun-beds. Almost like a private beach with very few people around. Staff - extremely helpful and friendly, especially Teona, who made our stay most pleasant. Totally recommend.

This is probably the best place you can have on the coast in Georgia. The location is a perfect balance between proximity to Batumi (~30 min taxi ride), Kobuleti's amenities (shops, restaurants), and the sea itself. The accommodation itself is also very nice (it's new, has everything listed, etc.). And most importantly – the host is the real example of Georgian hospitality.

The hotel was perfect. For this price, it truly exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It is noteworthy that despite not being Georgians, they still tried their best to communicate in Georgian, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved the hotel’s location, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were fantastic—the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The hotel is very family-friendly, with many families and small children around, yet it remains quiet and peaceful at night. I appreciated the option to borrow a chessboard from the office and enjoyed meeting others who were also playing chess. My stay was truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend this hotel for a vacation.

I’ve been traveling to Kobuleti for several years in a row. I really like the mix of resort vibes, plenty of cafés and restaurants with good food, and the fairly clean sea. The sunsets are stunning, and the promenade is long and beautiful. Away from the center, you can find the Kobuleti wetlands – a beautiful green area with a landscape unusual for Georgia (there are ferns and white moss). It’s a bit uncomfortable to walk out of the water on the pebbles, but that’s manageable. I really love this resort!

Kobuleti is a truly wonderful place to visit. The town has a unique charm, with a beautiful seaside, fresh air, and a relaxing atmosphere. It’s perfect for families, couples, and anyone who wants to enjoy the Black Sea coast away from the crowds. The hospitality of the locals makes the experience even more special. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit Kobuleti – it’s a hidden gem worth discovering!

Kobuleti is a nice small town on the Black Sea beach.

Kobuleti is a nice small town on the Black Sea beach. We stayed in a hotel with breakfast and ate dinner in small cafes which are plentiful, with good local food and quite reasonable prices. We moved around on foot and in a rented car. The beach is fine, safe and not overcrowded even at the peak of the swimming season. Everyone speaks good Russian, as a Russian speaker you have zero communication problems.

Great place for easy access to the sea shore itself.

Great place for easy access to the sea shore itself. Not crowded as in Batumi. Not really any architecture/city places to look at except the city queue. But it is easy to take a taxi and reach PetrA fortress in one direction (20 minutes) and Botanical garden with flamingos, parrots, huge trees from all over the world in the other direction (25 minutes). Good value for money.

It is a very nice area for strolls on the beach, drinking coffee in the many coffee shops, it has a very nice market with lots of interesting stuff to buy, good and affordable public transport and a good and affordable place to visit, especially out of season when it is not very busy.

Location is absolutely amazing. It’s right in the center of Kobuleti. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around so that’s great. The view is to the park and it’s really nice. We were on the top floor so we could see everything. The area is really nice and it’s just few steps from the see. The room was clean, beds are comfortable, AC included. We really had a nice stay and would like to come back. Staff people are very friendly and truly cared about our comfort.

Definitely worth paying for tue seaview as you are right on the beach. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. The location is quiet, the hotel is at the very end of the town. We actually got a taxi into the town for dinner each night which was easy and cheap.

Breakfasts, amazing personal, cleanliness, best location in Kobuleti - many restaurants, not many gusts, many shops. No problem with parking on the street. Good rooms for families. Nice terraces on the roof with 360 views. You can ask personal for free-laundry service at hotel.
