Great location in old Batumi, everything is accessable in walking distance. Friendly staff. We were in December. Room was warm and clean. Special points for water pressure 🥰. მადლობა მასპინძლობისთვის.

The location was perfect, very close to all main attractions. Staff very polity and ready to assist 24/7. The room very clean and bed comfortable, even for person with spinal bones problems. Of course, I recommend this hotel...

The hotel location is excellent within the old city and the staff are very freindly.

The hotel met most expectations: it's a non-expensive place not far from the city center located on a busy street which essentially is a long crowded market. You can get to the old city of Batumi on foot in about 10 minutes. There's a nice elevator. The breakfast was okay, no buffet, just meals of the day which included some vegetables and cheese and a simple hot dish like fried eggs or sausages, but for this price it's hard to expect more. As shown on photos, there's no chair in the room, but the host was very kind to provide on at request. They also allowed a late checkout which was a kind gesture.
