The house is very clean and beautiful, the family was grateful and too kind the view was amazing and they have playful dog and pretty pool

From the moment I arrived, I felt so well taken care of. Nika personally went above and beyond taking the time to show me around the area free of charge and even helping me capture some beautiful photos. The care and intentionality from the entire team were unmatched. They kindly accommodated my schedule by adjusting my booking time without any hassle. Everything felt warm, thoughtful, and personal. If I ever return to Batumi, Pollux will be my first stop again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an authentic and heartwarming experience. 🌿✨

An excellent hotel in a scenic peaceful location. Though I had to stay there shortly, it was a pleasant surprise that the hotel is actually pet friendly, many thanks to the owner for understanding! 🫀 Among other things the hotel is close to the sea, and yet you feel like in the mountains because of the landscapes. There's a kitchen and a beautiful garden within the hotel's premises, if needed there's also a laundry. Wi-fi is good, I was able to work, no problem. I've got a lovely breakfast in the morning and spent some time with the owner's family, they're good decent people.

What a lovely place to stay! The hotel is clean, cozy, and just a short walk from the beach. The hosts are genuinely warm, kind, and welcoming. They made us feel at home from the very beginning and even treated us to delicious homemade wine. There’s also a wonderful café nearby serving authentic homemade Georgian food. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

That’s a brilliant villa / hotel! Pretty new , clean and big. The location is good too. Not far from the city center, but quiet and more fresh air. It has a nice sea view, golf court , hamam and spa, billiards. Room was giant , with jakuzili and big terrace. We enjoyed a lot. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. They organized a round trip transfer for us in a comfortable car. Thanks a lot !

The hotel in quite place and 5 minutes from beach . The service was good .

The staff was so friendly and attentive, especially little star from restaurant named Tamta and chef Nika can make the best scrambled egg and khachapuri. Thank you for the hospitality. Just we had small issue regarding the pool, since there is no service in these sunny days. Will definitely come back next year.

The cozy atmosphere and kind greeting from the proprietors and their staff are simply great. Their tasty meals are a must-try. It is just a few steps from the Carrefour shop and the beach, and a 5-10 minute drive to the center, assuming no traffic, and they immediately approved my request for a late check-out.

It’s such a beautiful hotel. My mom and I really loved it. It’s clean, the view is amazing, and the staff were very kind. There were many different options for breakfast, including halal food. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

The best value I’ve ever got from a hotel for the money. Cleanest and freshest room with incredible Terrace with 360 view in Batumi, Sea and mountains.

Very clear and lovely staff. Rooms are small but for one person is comfortable for long stay and sort stay is okey for couples.
