The apartment was fully equipped — honestly beyond expectations — with a complete kitchen and even a well-stocked first-aid kit. Everything was very well organized, clean, and comfortable. 5 minute walk to the village in one direction or to a wonderful spot (with a shower) for swimming or snorkeling in the other direction. The location is peaceful and very quiet at night. The studio was sparkling clean, modern, well laid out and I could cook dinner in the kitchenette part. Nice, private covered veranda. The owner Vasiliki is very gracious and accommodating.

Right in the heart of the Mani-Verse, everything you expect and dream of Greek village life. Wonderful hospitality, bars, restaurants, shops, sights and close to Stoupa, Kardamyli, Pantazi, Limeni, Areopoli by car to explore. Picture postcard stuff, safe, clean and invigorating.

A pretty little town with cafes, tavernas and great ice cream/dessert places. Just a couple of souvenir/clothes shops and a well stocked supermarket and a smaller mini market. Also a pharmacy. No beach here but a pretty little marina. We ate at Bistrot Cafe and To Limani and I can recommend them both for great food and amazing value. Staff were really friendly. Also a great looking pizza place which we didn't go to in the end. All in all a lovely little typically Greek town.

Good selection of good restaurants / tavernas with very reasonable prices. Mani peninsular mixes mountains and the sea so you have walking options and beach options. Different range of beaches from sheltered sandy beaches with lots of sun loungers and beach bars to more remote beaches with fewer people, and a range of small pebbles/sand to stony, most of them with good beach bars! Also a good coastline to kayak to different beaches and explore caves and hidden inlets that you don't see from the road

Nice restaurants, nice atmosphere and extremely nice people and good food. Be sure to visit Leonardo for ice-cream or breakfast and Elis tavern for excellent food. Also Rodi is worth visiting if you feel like some Italian food.

We really enjoyed staying here.

We really enjoyed staying here. Three days was enough and was great to relax following a big hiking tour in Arcadia. The harbour front is small with local fishing boats coming and going. Plenty of really good restaurants to choose from with prices for all budgets. We found it very reasonable to eat out. There is access to the sea from steps down from one of the waterfront tavernas in the village. A short walk around to Pantazi beach has a good restaurant and sun beds. Going the other way is a great 5K trail to Stoupa, a bigger, busier resort with sandy beaches and many restaurants and sunbeds.

There was a big promenade around the port, and there were restaurants/bars and shops. There is a parking place too. The beach was not good for swimming. But it's in few minutes drive for great beaches like Stoupa, Kalogria and Foneas.

This is one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in! Happily situated in the centre of Agios Nikolaos, a perfect spot for the best restaurants, in easy reach of all of Mani attractions. Central, yet quiet. Beautiful apartment, perfect for a family of four. Spacious and cosy with great air conditioning. The beds were so comfortable we had a hard time getting up... The staff were lovely, always smiling and ready to help with any questions (and their restaurant serves fantastic breakfast and desserts).

The apartment is a wonderful place to stay in Agios Nikolaos. The location is very close to the stunning harbour. The room is on two floors, with two balconies with a view of the sea. The bathroom has been refurbished and has a good shower. There is also a separate WC. Cleanliness is very good. The family made us very welcome and provided us with treats. This was our second visit here and we will definitely return Thank you

Selinitsa is in the heart of Agios Nikolaos with great view over its little harbor! We loved our slow mornings in the patio with coffee & homemade breakfast. Staff is excellent and one of the main reasons we enjoy our stay there. The building is beautifully renovated and our room (upfront on the 1st floor) was comfortable and with sea view!

A traditional Mani farmhouse, set in beautiful established gardens. Extremely warm welcome from delightful hosts, who were very caring and generous. Our apartment had two small terraces, one of which was always ideal to catch a breeze. Located near Pantazi Beach and the great tavernas is Agios Nikolaos.
