Расположение просто идеальное, если вы путешествуете на машине или мопеде — всего 20 минут, и вы уже в центре Миконоса. При этом здесь царят тишина, уединение и невероятная атмосфера отдыха. Отдельного восхищения заслуживает вид — он просто захватывает дух! Мне настолько понравилось находиться на вилле, что я с удовольствием могла бы провести здесь весь отпуск, не покидая ее. Номера очень уютные, стильные и комфортные, а завтраки — просто восхитительные: вкусные, свежие и с прекрасной подачей. И самое главное — персонал. Искреннее гостеприимство, дружелюбие и забота чувствовались с первого дня. Благодаря этому пребывание здесь стало по-настоящему теплым и незабываемым. С удовольствием вернулась бы сюда снова и от всей души рекомендую эту виллу всем, кто планирует отдых на Миконосе!

The room was comfortable, the staff very friendly and accomodating. The pool is nice but it's also close to a sandy beach. Would definitely stay here again.

the room was so spacious and pretty and comfortable and had an outstanding view. the facilities are amazing and the staff is soooo friendly! Beaches are a ten-minute walk from the hotel. Everything was clean. They can book private transfer for u in case u don’t have a car because it’s far from the center of the island (chora). Only thing they don’t have is a restaurant but they offer u a delivery option (breakfast lunch dinner included) from a store they cooperate with.

Beautiful view from the pool. Close to the beach. Clean, nice pool and had kitchen so we were able to cook. Away from party beach/town, so pretty quite which was perfect for us.

Couldn't have had a better honeymoon hotel experience anywhere else but at Koukoumi! The reception staff and the restaurant staffs welcomed us with nice drinks and snacks, which felt so good to have after an early-morning flight. Our room was so spacious, nice, clean, thoughtfully prepared and equipped. The pool facility felt like a little resort oasis. The food and drinks created and curated by the restaurant are divine! Vegan fine dining at its peak, I must say! We love the fact that there's a fully vegan buffet available daily, with new selections of food each day. We tried food from both lunch menu and the dinner menu, all were delicious! All members of Koukoumi: from the owner, the reception staffs, the restaurant staffs, the housekeeping staffs; were all friendly and helpful. We felt like everyone was above and beyond with their hospitality and we're grateful for that! The hotel environnement feels like a home away from home, a peaceful social club where everyone can chill and relax without any worry. Overall, we loved everything and definitely would come back whenever we come back to visit Mykonos.

A truly unforgettable stay at Ftelia Black Villas! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was immaculate — beautifully designed, combining luxury and comfort in a serene.The attention to detail in both the interior and exterior spaces made our stay feel exclusive and deeply relaxing. One of the highlights of our experience was the in-villa spa treatment. We had an incredible massage session by Theresa and Katerina (if i'm not mistaken with the names), who were not only highly skilled but also deeply intuitive and professional. Their calming energy and expert touch elevated our entire stay — it felt like a true wellness retreat. The spa services offered at Ftelia Black are definitely worth indulging in if you’re seeking total relaxation. Everything — from the service to the amenities — was exceptional. We can’t wait to return!

I had such a wonderful experience staying here. Eva, Stefanos, Nancy, and the entire team were incredibly kind and welcoming. Despite my flight delay, they made sure everything was perfect when I arrived and made me feel so comfortable right away — truly above and beyond hospitality! The view from the room, especially with the jacuzzi, was absolutely stunning — the perfect way to relax and unwind. I can’t thank them enough for their warmth and attentiveness. Super great hosts who made my stay feel extra special. Highly recommended!

Very professional and friendly staff. We got a room upgrade with a provable pool and it was spectacular! The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent, and the service provided was great. We had a lovely stay. If you’re looking for a quiet stay away from the city but with fascinating views, this is the place.
