GreeceWe had a wonderful stay over Christmas. The house itself was a piece of art, beautifully designed and full of character. We were a group, and the space was perfect for us. The kitchen was fully organized and very well equipped, making it easy and enjoyable to cook together. We also really appreciated the breakfast items that were provided, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything was comfortable, well prepared, and made our stay feel special. Highly recommended.

United StatesWonderful hotel in Nemea, walking distance to restaurants, shops, wine bars, and wineries in town. We drove an electric car and were easily able to charge at the hotel. They greeted us with a glass of local wine, and were helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants for dinner. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and modern. The breakfast was the best from our entire trip to Greece, with pastries, egg dishes, cheeses, yogurt, cold cuts, and more. Truly a wonderful place to stay for visiting Nemea, the wineries, and the archeological site.

SerbiaOur host is kind, friendly and eager to please. Accommodation is very clean, spacious, equipped with all necessities, a bit rustic. It doesn't get too worm inside on a very hot day. Comfortable beds, very quiet place ideal for rest. In front of the house is a porch where you can drink your morning coffee in the shade of pine tree and the rustling of eucalyptus. Next to the accommodation is a tavern, in the thick shade of vines, with a fountain and many garden plants. The food is simply marvelous! I especially liked the red wine, sweet as honey. I highly recommand the place, because it is a central spot for visitig Mycenae, Napflio, Tiryns, Corinth, Acrocorinth, Argos, Epidaurus, Nemea.

We rented a villa on the hills above Fikhtion and it is...
We rented a villa on the hills above Fikhtion and it is worth staying in just for the view, the pool and the villa itself. Fikhtion is a small town with not much to offer. But if you have a car it is easy to get to nearby locations in the Argolid such as the Archaeological site at Mycenae, Argos and even Nafplion. We ate at a restaurant in town but it is right on the main road so the experience was marred by the speeding cars and trucks just feet from our table. There is a well-stocked but small grocery store in town so if you have a place with a kitchen it's much more pleasant to cook your own meals and also significantly less expensive. If you can rent a nice villa as a homebase it would not be bad to stay there longer than than the two nights we did.
