United StatesWe arrived on opening day of the season. Everyone was so attentive and ready to provide the best service possible. We unfortunately came when it was a little cold and raining initially, but the sun came out after two days and enhanced our experience even more.
The Tui entertaining group was amazing, we loved Don! Also, Michelle at the lobby desk was awesome! Lefteris in the main restaurant was always greeting us with a smile and taking care of us and other guests; he really took charge of his team.
We plan on returning in the future.

LithuaniaI was surprised by how clean the villa was — absolutely flawless cleanliness. Everything worked perfectly, and everything felt fresh. The snow-white bed linen almost shined, it was so clean.
I really enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning, and one very small detail made my stay unexpectedly perfect — the coffee machine. After waking up, I could make a coffee and enjoy the sunrise from the terrace within just a couple of minutes.
The location is also very nice: quiet and peaceful, but only about 200 meters from the town center, where life is active during the evenings and nights. In the villa itself, it was always calm and relaxing.
I have visited Rhodes Island many times and stayed in many different places, but after staying at Twin Villa, I am absolutely sure that on my next trip this will be the first place I check for availability before looking anywhere else.
Special thanks to the owners and to the ladies who keep the villa so clean, bright, and welcoming.
And by the way, I arrived three hours before check-in time. It took only one message, and because the villa was not occupied, I was kindly allowed to check in early. Thank you very much to the owners!

Very quiet place.
Very quiet place. It is not beautiful stroll to go to the beach. Everywhere there is rubish. But the sea is very clean and since there are no people around, you can swim as you like. Noone is yelling or taking your place.

if your looking for a chilled trip, Gennadi is a perfect...
if your looking for a chilled trip, Gennadi is a perfect spot, with a lovely quiet beach, mix of pebbles and sand, the local town/ village has everything you need, it has a good choice of restaurants, awesome bakery, you have got to try the crossants! supermarket and fruit and veg shop, plus a couple of gift shops. two medical centres, and emergency services. if you want to go further afield to explore you may want to hire a car or taxi, but there are also bus services running.

The house is clean and convenient.
The house is clean and convenient. It has 2 yards with sun beds, tables, chairs and 1 terrasse with sea view. The host was nice and brought us watermelon and the best figs I have tasted. He recommended us dinner places in Gennadi village and these were good especially Mama's kitchen and Zorbas.
We had rent-a-car are travelled all over the island.

Was about an hour away from the airport.

If you don´t like big hotels and you want to find a peaceful place for your holiday, this is the place. We spent an awesome 7 days with the kids. Clean house, clean beach, clean sea. The pool was great. Costas prepare some fresh fruits for the kids! There is a great taverna nearby, a supermarket, and a bakery. There is a fresh fish market a few kilometres away. If you have a car, you can travel to the sandy beaches and spend a great holiday as we did. Thank you!

The property is in a quiet location about two miles outside the village of Gennadi, which has a supermarket, ATM, fabulous bakery and greengrocer so catering was easy. There are two beach bars near the village, one with excellent fish. The property is new and well equipped. The best bit for us was the roof terrace and view right along the coast. Beautiful pool, if a little fresh in October!

The villa and location was fantastic hosts were great and despina was fantastic also.. interior design of the property was so well thought of the whole place is perfect.. 110% recommend..stayed in lots of villas in Rhodes and this was the best by far.. gennadi for food was fantastic also and the lab all day bar was great for cocktails and food our favourite
