This is very good hotel , friendly staff, private beach -front access, good food -in one word - this place has everything we need.. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet in the restaurant always had a reasonable selection and was very good. We really liked the beach. Great sunbeds and good service on the beach. Beach bar nearby. You can order a drink or eat directly on the sunbed or at the bar. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here, a true sample of excellent hospitality!

Hi, everything was superlative. The beach was 1 minute away from us, the accommodation was very good, air conditioning, we cooked, we had everything we needed, they cleaned us every 3 days and changed our towels. Quiet, clean. Minimarket with everything you needed at ok prices, amazing pool. I didn't know it was a restaurant and when we saw it, we were very happy because we didn't have a car. The food was very good, especially the squid. Amazing. It was the most relaxing and beautiful vacation we've ever had with our kids. There were 4 adults and 5 children aged 9-12. I highly recommend it. Very transparent and clean water, deep at first and then sandy and shallow.

I was not able to meet Gerakini. I stayed in the accommodation for 17 hours only because of its unsuitable condition and poor cooperation with the host. The photos below are from the accommodation.

It is a small village, we ate on all taverns and the prices...

It is a small village, we ate on all taverns and the prices are good, like 19 euros a 2 persons Mix grill or 22 euros a Mix Fish grill for 2 persons with salad. The beach is ok, only the water with seagrasses will get a negative feedback. 30 minutes to arrive on Kassandra or Sithonia, which was perfect for us, because we like to explore more. A perfect village to relax, but not so many activities for young couples.

Gerakini is a picturesque mix of old houses, charming and taken care of and new villas, apartments. We liked to have walks in the evening, we had great food, either at Cook Art Estelle or at other nice little places in the town. Gerakini is half an hour away from Sithonia and Kassandra and this is ok if you want to visit places close to Gerakini.

Gerakini is a village not much urbanized.

Gerakini is a village not much urbanized. One supermarket, one giro store, a couple restorants, Marko Polo was the best. The beach is nice, but the water is full of jellyfish and sea grass, not clear at all. I dont recomend it for young parents with kids, or people who like a lot of things to do. No park or any facilities for kids. Pretty much boring, nothing to do. And when you cant swim also.....because of jellyfish....awful.

Very nice family oriented hotel with a pool and apartment like rooms. Breakfast was very simple, exactly what you would expect (8-10am). Nice seating area where you can see sunset in the evening, you can order dinner or snack/wine. Rooms were spacious. If you do not have umbrella for the beach they offered us one at the reception. Cleaning was done every day. Very friendly staff, very helpful receptionist. They offer trips and also taxi service to the airport.

The Owners and Personnel always with a smile make you feel like your home The location is surrounded with various plants and flowers of a well-tended garden ! A perfect spot to explore the 2nd leg of Chalkidiki Peninsula. Shall return at Maistrali Rooms in near future !

Nice house and garden. The owner is a very kind and helpful lady that always answered our questions within couple of minutes. Nice landscape in the country side, beautiful sea and kind people in the peaceful village. We and the kids loved our stay and vacation in Gerakini.
