This beautiful and well-organized residence is located in a charming area of Gerakini on the Halkidiki peninsula and is surrounded by 1.7 acres of olive, orange and lemon trees. In Villa Kalliopi, there are 15 pleasant apartments, which were built in 1989. The residence’s surroundings make it an ideal play place for children. The distance from the seashore is only 55 yards away. Please note that Villa Kalliopi also offers a shuttle service from / to either Thessaloniki or Chalkidiki. All the essential facilities are just 330 yards away, including a grocery store, butcher shop, restaurants, taverns and pizzeria, while Thessaloniki is 46 miles away.
