The staff was polite, the toom was clean

I needed a spot near my friend’s place, and this hotel turned out to be a delightful surprise! My room was cozy—just right for one person—and came with a nice-sized wardrobe to stash my clothes. The best part? My balcony had a beach view! 😍 I didn’t get a chance to dip into the pool or sample the breakfast, but both looked super tempting. Definitely would stay again!

Babbis was great, he is great at his job. Rooms were clean, hot tub was prepared beforehand, breakfast was good and definitely more than what we expected.

The property had a great location. 10-15 minutes from the airport or from the Heraklion City. Great options for food, coffee shops, supermarkets, laundry. Right on the beach with amazing sunset views.

We were upgraded to an apartment in a nearby property, which was new, clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. We could still use the facilities of Georgia's Garden, but slept in a quiet and peaceful environment. The staff was truly nice and friendly! We would definitely stay there again

These apartments are an excellent choice for a stay near the city with access to the beach. The beds and pillows are comfortable and it is impeccably clean! Shops, restaurants and the beach are all within a 5 minute walk, and the access to Heraklion center is an easy bus ride away. The kitchens at well equipped for a long (or short) stay. Above all the people were very kind. I hope to stay again!

Having breakfast at the top floor was an incredible experience withe great views of the city walls, the sea and the island (Dia). A great way to start the day and feel the weather. The staff was very attentive and helpful and addressed my requests for information with dedication. A little fridge in the room came very handy.

Just returned form a lovely short break at Arhodiko Room was lovely, pool was quiet. Staff could not have been more helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. We’ll be back.

Amazing new place in Gazi Crete. Super helpful staff and the place is gorges! They have chill ambiance with a dj almost every day and the food is also a treat.

The food was very good. Every day every meal had something different and tasty. The personnel is very efficient. The beach is fine, and support for the beach goers was also good, like showers, changing cabins, chairs and towels. If one's going on a tour for the day, the staff offer a lunch box, and maybe even some early breakfast. Late check out is also very friendly.

It’s a very comfortable property. Good communication with the manager who was always helpful and supportive. Good location to see major attractions like Knossos Palace, museums and the Old Center.

The hotel regarding its cleanliness and the attention to detail was great. I did not imagine at the price I paid I would be welcomed by such a nice room. It didn't have a view, the toilet was a bit cramped and it had no screens at the balcony door but other than that the bed was comfortable, the sheets couldn't have been any cleaner and the overall room was very cozy. I was pleasantly surprised when after leaving for an hour or so the second day, I came back to find the cleaning services cleaning the room. The staff was wonderful and, although I didn't ask for anything specific, they seemed willing to accomodate me in any requests I had. Oh and mind that the photos shown on the website or in the app (depending on where you're looking from) are almost 100% representative of the room you are to face after you arrive (at least it surely was for me).

I made the booking under the impression that the hotel was located in Athens. However, upon arriving, I discovered that the property is situated in Heraklion and not in Athens as I had expected. I would like to acknowledge that the hotel staff was very helpful and responsive. They attended my call even at 12:00 at night. and, understanding the situation, processed a full refund promptly. Their support and professionalism were greatly appreciated.

I had trouble figuring out where to park my car and the staff was so patient and kind with my confused phone calls. My room was upgraded to a lovely suite and I thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant for dinner and the morning breakfast.
