And the beds… some of the most comfortable we’ve slept in while traveling. Breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented — the perfect start before exploring Heraklion and the island of Crete. I made the booking under the impression that the hotel was located in Athens. However, upon arriving, I discovered that the property is situated in Heraklion and not in Athens as I had expected. I would like to acknowledge that the hotel staff was very helpful and responsive. They attended my call even at 12:00 at night. and, understanding the situation, processed a full refund promptly. Their support and professionalism were greatly appreciated.

Irene and Nikos are the best hosts! All staff are polite, kind and helpful. It is always stress-free and comfortable to be at this hotel, where I stop by on my way from the airport to other destinations on the island every year. I enjoy the view and spending time on the balcony. The lift to upper levels is very convenient, and so is the option to store my luggage if I arrive too early to check in or depart late after check out. The location is brilliant, in a quiet area overlooking the port and the sea, yet very close to the bus stop and the city centre, as well as the airport. An easy walk to the bus station and local grocery stores. Buses to the city centre and airport are very frequent and cheap. Tickets can be bought at the machine available at the nearest bus stop. You can buy a convenient day ticket near the bus station instead. In my opinion this hotel is very good value for money if you are after a no-frills accommodation, and I would highly recommend it.

Everything is perfect , breakfast is best ever

The room was spacious, with a modern design and large shower cabin. There was a large balcony and the location is right next to a craft beer bar with loads of selections. The breakfast was good and varied (try the rice milk pudding when you can find it). The hotel also has its own bar and restaurant where you can sample different tasty foods and drinks

I was second time in this property. And will return again. Its great hotel in the center of Heraklio town, near both to port (2 mins walk) and to the city center (3 mins walk). The staff is amazing ( the red haired woman in reception is ❤️, the both ladies in the dining area and the houskeeping staff are also ❤️. It’s very clean, very comfortable, very tasty hotel. Literally needs 4+ star ranking. The breakfast is amazing with many options for everyone. The balconies are also very nice, comfortable for working, having a glass of wine during fine weather.

Michalis the manager on duty during my stay is the ABSOLUTE BEST. He went above and beyond any expectations to help me have the best trip possible. From booking a boat tour to all information needed to have a productive day: he did it all! Even checked on me if everything was ok. He made my stay the best! Breakfast was also very good 😊

Lovely accommodation in the heart of the city. Depending on the suite the shower is part of the main bedroom but this wasn't an issue for us. Rooms are tastefully done and the staff couldn't enough to help. The top floor restaurant overlooking the city is exceptional.
