The place is super easy to find everything you need.

The place is super easy to find everything you need. It's busy during the weekends, while the rest of the week is much slower, which I always like better. It's not the place for people who do not like to hop in the car to explore the neighboring beaches. it gives a feeling of being a part of the local community. Staff at the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, they all remember you if you go there even only once. the weather is amazing. there is a breeze almost all the time, and we stayed there first half of July.

Kalivia Thorikou is a small place with not too many...

Kalivia Thorikou is a small place with not too many activities on offer, but it has all the essentials and other places of interest are easily accessible, particularly if you are not afraid driving around yourself. In the village you have a choice of pharmacies, bakery, ice cream parlour supermarket and even a very well stocked organic supermarket. Also some restaurants, greek, pizza or burgers, all available. You can go to the Grand resort Lagonissi beach , where you pay 10 Euro for the day, but you have all facilities, or you can go to the local beach for free, Saronida beach ,4 km down the road is also very nice with a public shower facility and beautiful at sunset.
