The location was great. Close to airport. Owner picked us up and even though we were delayed for over 2 hours she greeted us warmly with a big smile. The house is part of her property but totally private. Bedroom with comfortable mattress and pillows. Even slippers and bathrobes like a hotel. Better than a hotel was having a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you could need, even wine. Plenty of hot water and bathroom amenities. Living room with lots of sitting areas. Outdoor private patio was roomy and peaceful. She even has one of those swinging lounge chairs. Absolutely a 10+

A lovely beachfront town and a great alternative to the...

A lovely beachfront town and a great alternative to the hustle and bustle of Athens. The atmosphere is calm and friendly, and the boardwalk is wonderfully vibrant, lined with tavernas serving fresh seafood and grilled meats. The beaches offer a mix of pebbles and golden sand, with clean, clear water. While there are certainly more spectacular beaches elsewhere in Greece, Artemida/Lutsa is a great choice if you're looking for reasonably priced accommodation and dining (without the steep prices of the Athenian Riviera), along with a nice balance of sightseeing and beach tim. Excellent as a base for Airport / ferry transfers.

I only stayed for a night because the hotel I booked here was a short drive to the airport. I really enjoyed going to the restaurants on the beach and using the free loungers as well. One thing I did notice is that it is a bit grittier than the city center and less touristy, so if you don’t know any of the language you may struggle. But otherwise, it was nice to visit. I was here the first week of June and taxis were about €50 coming to and from the city center.

Artemida is great place for summer vacationers, less than 15 min drive to airport, it's good place for those who has early flights or late arrivals. Unfortunately, I did not have time to go to the beach, but I saw on the way many shops and restaurants.

The driver Kris was very professional and on time. The place was in a nice location and had many stores around. The room was spotless and had all cooking utensils. Unfortunately we left at 4am and could not experience breakfast. Next time I will go earlier in the day to experience the town.

The apartment exceeded our expectations.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very well maintained, spotlessly clean, functional, and truly welcoming. The outdoor areas were also a pleasure to use and added a lot to the overall experience. We were warmly welcomed with complimentary fruits, water, and small sweets, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. Another big advantage is the location — the apartment is just a few minutes’ drive from the airport.

Artemida in November was about 20 degrees in the afternoon, and 16 at night; it did not rain during our four night stay. Perfect for non-sunseekers, although a stiff breeze sometimes made it feel chilly. Despite it being off-season, a lot of the restaurants were still open, though they had few diners until the weekend. The beaches have safe, sandy spots at which to swim and maybe a few changing huts here and there. There are lots of coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. Readily available taxis to airport for around 20 euro. There is a relaxed vibe overall, but little to do in the way of activities or excitement.
