Είναι μία πολύ όμορφη μονοκατοικία μέσα σε κήπο 600 μέτρων με οπωροφόρα δέντρα και πράσινο.Διαθέτει μεγάλες βεράντες που μπορείτε να απολαύσετε τα γεύματα σας με θέα τον κήπο.Το σπίτι διαθέτει ΒΒQ , φούρνο με ξύλα καθώς και μεγάλη εξωτερική κουζίνα.Εγώ με την σύντροφο μου Μαρία είμαστε πάντα στην διάθεση σας να σας εξυπηρετήσουμε για να έχετε μια πολύ όμορφη διαμονή.Τέλος πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι βρίσκονται συγκοινωνίες/ μίνι μάρκετ/εστιατόρια/όμιλοι με θαλάσσια σπορ τέλος σε απόσταση μόλις 200 μέτρα από το σπίτι βρίσκεται η μεγαλύτερη και ομορφότερη παραλία της Αττικής.Η απόσταση από τον κεντρικό αερολιμένα της Αθήνας είναι μόλις 7.5 χιλιόμετρα και από το λιμάνι της Ραφήνας 4.5 χιλιόμετρα.
