I liked everything - and I have always liked it. I have been at this hotel at least twenty times for the last twenty years.

We stayed here for one night on our route to south Albania. We chose the place because of its location and vicinity to the beach and I was not wrong at all. The beach is so nice and quiet and really peaceful. The water has a brownish hue to the river flowing into the sea relatively nearby but it's very clean and enjoyable. The hotel rooms are sort of old-fashioned, very basic but they are really clean, bathroom included, no question about it. There was also a mid-size fridge which is always very useful. The beds are OK although the mattresses tend to be a little stiff. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious! Pork souvlaki, fried squid, tzatziki and smoked mackerel - all very good and generous portions. House wine is also nice, prices are quite good while service is fast, friendly and polite. We didn't have a proper breakfast in the morning, just coffee which was great. However the breakfast options also looked very good. Overall, a very pleasant and nice experience which I definitely recommend! very good value for money. There is also a pool and a kids pool onsite, we didn't try them but they both looked like a very good idea.

Clean confortable room, big terace, beach in front of the hotel, there is no other hotels nearby, so there is no crowed on the beach 😀

Seafood is the best, especially octopus

The hotel is nicely located in the small fishing town of Nea Agathoupoli which is very peaceful and quite with only 200 residents . The owner and staff are quite friendly and very helpful. They have a few nice seafood restaurants and a cute coffee at walking distance .

We liked that it was in the countryside, yet convenient to the mountains and beach

Our family had a wonderful stay at Koukos Inn and truly enjoyed every moment. The food was absolutely delicious, the wine excellent, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax. The stunning view of Mount Olympus and the beautiful natural setting were unforgettable. We were especially impressed by the hospitality of the hosts, their flexibility, and their personal approach to every guest. They made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for throughout our stay. We are very grateful for this amazing experience and will definitely return again. Highly recommended!
