I am a civil engineer who works in Katerini and personally supervised the renovation of the house. It has been as part of our family tradition for many years therefore i gave extra attention and detailing in order to accomplise a beautifull and modern result.

Makrygialos is a large settlement on the northern coast of the prefecture of Pieria, the seat of the Municipal District and the Municipality of Methoni. It has 1,851 inhabitants, based on the 2001 census. It is a tourist and fishing center. The inhabitants are Pontians, Refugees and Vlachs. They deal with agriculture (olives, cereals, fish, mussels) and fishing. In 1993 a prehistoric settlement was discovered from the Neolithic Age. It is 21 km away from Katerini.
