I had a wonderful stay at the Ambassador Hotel Thessaloniki. The hotel offers stunning panoramic views of the city, creating a relaxing and memorable atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. I also enjoyed the beautiful pool area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to the airport while still providing easy access to the city center.

Excellent location close to the airport, super friendly and helpful staff!

I arrived 1am wee hour. The reception was exceptionally warmth and helpful. He came out to greet me and helped me with both my luggages. For someone who had travelled the last 29 hours, this is very comforting when one is far from home and extremely exhausted. He checked me in swiftly and in an orderly fashion briefed me step by step. He even offered to help bring my luggages to outside my room. I thanked him and could managed using the lift. He went beyond what i had experienced considered i had travelled to so many places for work and for leisure. His reception is above the 5 stars hotel. Congratulations to the management for your excellent employee. He should duly be recognized.

Location, breakfast variety, Spacious room

Staff was amazing. Reception, Concierge, Bar and other Waitstaff were truly exceptional. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was as good as it could be. The room was great. Clean, plenty of space, great bathroom and a nice view of the pool.

Both pools were clean and the breakfast was great!

Took a night there for a night connection in the airport. Price was fair. Very nice and sweet hotel. Very easily accessible from the airport by bus.

The main reason is the staff at front desk I will say especially VOULA ! professional,organised,following customers need to a highly level, making them feel as home The hospitality was very professional towards us and many workers the hotel needs as charismatic VOULA!! and lovely Anna. Hotel itself was just heartwarming experience Extremely beautiful place view especially from the sky bridge restaurant love it all the way

The bed was so comfortable… I slept so well it is not a common thing for me! It was also quiet

The hotel is amazing! Everything! The staff is really nice, they even allowed me to pee at their toilet an hour after we checked out! The room was clean with everything one may need. Bonus points that is pet friendly! I highly recommend this hotel! It values its price! I am attaching photo of my balcony view! It was perfect! My cat vomited a little bit on the bed sheet right before our check out, we tried to clean but it wasn’t perfect… sorry for that!

Great hotel on the waterfront (walkway). Quiet because it was off-season. Staff was fantastic. Make sure you try dinner in the restaurant, the staff and food were excellent there. Location was good, close to the airport and easy to then drive to other destinations in Halkidiki. The included breakfast had plenty of Greek goodies, all well prepared. Many tasty things to pick from. Nice views from the room.
